Dosage Form and Strength
Zoladex LA 10.8mg (Goserelin Acetate) Injection is supplied as a sterile, biodegradable product containing goserelin acetate equivalent to 10.8 mg of goserelin.

Mechanism of Action
It is a synthetic analogue of naturally occurring LHRH.
It results in inhibition of pituitary LH secretion that results in fall of testosterone concentrations in males and oestradiol concentrations in females.

Administration

• The recommended dosage is administered Subcutaneously (SC) under the skin.
• Do not self-administer the injection.
• Use it under a medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use

• Treat Prostrate Cancer in Men.
• Treat early & advance Breast Cancer in Women.
• Management of Endometriosis.

Usage Instructions

• Administer subcutaneously into the anterior abdominal wall below the navel line using an aseptic technique.
