Dosage Form and Strength
Sigrima 420mg/14ml (Pertuzumab) Injection is in Injection form.
Each ml of the solution contains Pertuzumab 30mg.
Mechanism of Action
It inhibits the dimerization of HER2 with other HER receptors, preventing them from signalling in ways that promote cell growth and proliferation.
Administration
- Concentrate for solution for Intravenous Infusion.
- Must dilute prior to use.
- Single dose vial.
- Do not self-medicate.
- Use under medical supervision only.
Therapeutic Use
- Used to treat certain types of breast cancer.
- Also used for early-stage breast cancer in patients scheduled for surgery.
