Dosage form and Strength of Palbace 125mg (Palbociclib) Capsules:
It is a hard gelatin Capsules.
Each hard gelatin Capsules contains Palbociclib 125mg.

Mechanism of Action of Palbace 125mg (Palbociclib) Capsules:
It is a selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4 & 6.
Through inhibition of cyclin D- CDK 4/6 complex activity it inhibits the phosphorylation of retinoblastoma (Rb) protein thus blocking cycle progression.
It also targets the estrogen receptor positive breast cancer cells by disrupting the cell cycle.
It aims to slow or stop the growth of the cancer.

Administration of Palbace 125mg (Palbociclib) Capsules:

• Oral use only.
• Take with food.
• Do not self-medicate; take as prescribed by the doctor.

Therapeutic Use of Palbace 125mg (Palbociclib) Capsules:

• Treatment of Breast Cancer.
• For Hormone Receptor (HR)-positive, HER2-negative metastatic breast cancer.
