Dosage form and Strength:
Injection. Each ml contains Leucovorin Calcium IP equivalent to Leucovorin 7.5mg.
Mechanism of Action:
Active metabolite of folic acid and an essential coenzyme for nucleic acid synthesis. Enhances the activity of fluorouracil by stabilizing the bond of 5-FdUMP to thymidylate synthetase.
Administration:
Intramuscular or Intravenous Injection. Do not self-medicate; use under medical supervision only.
Therapeutic Use:
- Prevents harmful effects of methotrexate in cancer treatment.
- Treats methotrexate overdose.
- Treats folic acid deficiency anaemia.
Usage Instructions:
- For Intramuscular or Intravenous use only.

- Keep out of reach of children.
