Hucog 10000 HP Injection

Dosage Form and Strength of Hucog 10000 HP (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hCG) Injection:

It is in Injection form. Each ml contains Chorionic Gonadotropin highly purified I.H. 10000 IU.

Mechanism Of Action:

It is obtained from the placental cells of pregnant women. It stimulates the production of gonadal steroid hormones by stimulating interstitial cells of the testis to produce androgen and the corpus luteum of the ovary to produce progesterone.

Administration:

For subcutaneous or Intramuscular Injection only. Do not self-medicate the therapy. Use it under medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use:

• Treatment of Female infertility.
• Increases sperm count in males.
• Used in boys when testicles do not drop into the scrotum normally.
