Dosage form and Strength of Cyramza 100mg (Ramucirumab) Injection:

It is supplied as clear to slightly opalescent sterile solution for injection.
Each 10ml vial contains 100mg of Ramucirumab.

Mechanism of Action of Cyramza 100mg (Ramucirumab) Injection:

It works by blocking the ‘VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) receptor 2’ thereby cutting off the blood supply to the cancer cells.

Administration of Cyramza 100mg (Ramucirumab) Injection:

It is to be used as Intravenous Infusion after dilution.
Do not self-medicate the therapy.
Use it under medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use of Cyramza 100mg (Ramucirumab) Injection:

It is used in the treatment of stomach cancer, colorectal cancer, non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other parts of the body, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
It may be given alone or in combination with other cancer medicines.
