Dosage form and Strength of Carbotero 150mg/15ml (Carboplatin) Injection:

It is a solution for Injection.
Each ml of solution contains Carboplatin IP 10mg.

Mechanism of Action of Carbotero 150mg/15ml (Carboplatin) Injection:

It is an anticancer medicine.
It acts by damaging the genetic material (DNA and RNA) of the cancer cells.
This prevents the cancer cells from growing and multiplying within the body.

Administration of Carbotero 150mg/15ml (Carboplatin) Injection:

Intravenous Infusion after dilution.
Sterile single dose vial.
Do not self-medicate.
Use under medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use of Carbotero 150mg/15ml (Carboplatin) Injection:

Treatment of advanced Ovarian cancer and small cell Lung cancer.
Usually used in combination with other anti-cancer medicines for better results.

Intravenous Infusion only.
Must dilute prior to use.
Discard unused portion.
Do not use if solution is not clear or contains particles.
