Dosage form and Strength of Capsy 500mg (Capecitabine) Tablet:

It is a film coated tablet.
Each film coated tablet contains Capecitabine IP 500mg.

Mechanism of Action of Capsy 500mg (Capecitabine) Tablet:

It is an anticancer agent.
Inside the body, this medicine converts into 5-fluorouracil.
This hampers the synthesis of genetic materials (RNA and DNA) in cancer cells, interfering with their growth.

Administration of Capsy 500mg (Capecitabine) Tablet:

Oral use.
Do not self-medicate.
Take dosage as directed by the Oncologist.

Therapeutic Use of Capsy 500mg (Capecitabine) Tablet:

Treatment of Breast cancer and colorectal cancer.
Used alone or in combination as part of chemotherapy.
