Dosage form and Strength of Bortesam 2mg (Bortezomib) Injection:

It is a Lyophilized Injection.
Each vial contains Bortezomib IP 2mg.

Mechanism of Action of Bortesam 2mg (Bortezomib) Injection:

It is a proteasome inhibitor.
Exerts toxic effect on cancer cells by inhibiting the 26S proteasome and blocking a major cell signaling pathway, making cells sensitive to chemotherapy.

Administration of Bortesam 2mg (Bortezomib) Injection:

Administered as Bolus Intravenous Injection.
Single use only.
Use under medical supervision only.
Do not self-medicate.

Therapeutic Use of Bortesam 2mg (Bortezomib) Injection:

Treatment of multiple myeloma and mantle-cell lymphoma.
Stops or slows down growth of cancer cells.
