Dosage form and Strength of Blincyto 35mcg (Blinatumomab) Injection:

It is available in the form of Injection.
Each vial contains 35mcg of Lyophilized powder of Blinatumomab in a single dose vial for reconstitution.

Mechanism of Action of Blincyto 35mcg (Blinatumomab) Injection:

Targets malignant and benign B cells via the CD19 cell surface antigen, while engaging the patient’s T cells through CD3, helping the immune system attack cancer cells.

Administration of Blincyto 35mcg (Blinatumomab) Injection:

Used as Intravenous Infusion.
Single use vial.
Do not self-medicate.
Use under medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use of Blincyto 35mcg (Blinatumomab) Injection:

Treatment of B-precursor acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) in adults and children.

Usage Instruction of Blincyto 35mcg (Blinatumomab) Injection:

Use as Intravenous Infusion only.

Do not shake the reconstituted solution.
Discard unused portion.
Use under medical supervision only.

Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Fever, Headache, Sore throat, Confusion, Hypotension, Tremor, Dizziness, Swelling of the ankles/feet/hands, Blurred vision, Chest pain.
