Dosage form and Strength of Augplat 250mcg (Romiplostim) Injection:

Lyophilized powder for solution for Injection.
Each vial contains Romiplostim (r-DNA Origin) 0.375mg.

Mechanism of Action:

Thrombopoietin receptor agonist.
Acts like thrombopoietin (TPO), increasing platelet production through activation of the thrombopoietin receptor.

Administration:

Subcutaneous injection after dilution.
Single use vial.
Do not self-medicate.
Use under medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use:

Treatment of chronic immune thrombocytopenia.
Controls bleeding, prevents excessive blood loss, stops bleeding, and enhances healing.
