Aprecap 125mg/80mg Capsule

Dosage form and Strength:

Hard gelatin capsule.
Each kit contains Aprepitant IP 125mg and 80mg.

Mechanism of Action:

NK1 antagonist; blocks signals from NK1 (Neurokinin) receptors.
Inhibits acute and delayed emesis induced by cytotoxic chemotherapy.
Blocks nerve signal transmission between vomiting centres and brain.

Administration:

Oral use with or without food.
Take dosage as directed by physician.
Do not self-medicate.

Therapeutic Use:

Anti-emetic; prevents chemotherapy- and postoperative-induced nausea and vomiting in adults.

Usage Instruction:

Keep out of reach of children.

Side Effects:
