Arranon 250mg Injection

Dosage form and Strength of Arranon 250mg (Nelarabine) Injection:

Clear, colorless sterile solution for injection.
Each vial contains Nelarabine 250mg/50ml (5mg/ml) single dose vial.

Mechanism of Action:

Belongs to antimetabolites.
Transforms pro-drug into deoxyguanosine analogue 9-β-D-arabinofuranosylguanine (ara-G), a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor.
Kills cancer cells by interfering with DNA synthesis.

Administration:

Intravenous infusion.
Do not self-medicate.
Use under medical supervision only.

Therapeutic Use:

Treatment of T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) and T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL).

Usage Instruction:

Intravenous infusion.
Single use vial.
Do not use if solution is cloudy or contains precipitate.
Discard unused portion.
Use under medical supervision only.

Nausea, Vomiting, Constipation, Headache, Cough, Diarrhoea, Dizziness, Drowsiness, Tiredness, Loss of appetite.
